Hi !

Last week, I could have ended up in the hospital.

Thankfully, I know THIS STUFF.
(And I keep diving deeper.)

I ate something, that IMMEDIATELY after I swallowed it, I knew I shouldn't have eaten it.  I knew something was very VERY bad.

So I used the tools, while eating the rest of my meal.  And I WATCHED my REACTIONS.

The temptation now is to binge and get caught up because i can't wait to see what the next lesson will teach me. But I'm going to not binge and get the full scope of each lesson daily.

I AM SO LOVING THIS COURSE.
