Hi TT and V,

I was talking to my therapist the other day and she told me "my goodness Steph you are like a new person!

You are doing so well!" I stopped telling the story of abuse victim. Now I'm telling the story of myself as a THRIVER who is loving and so loved.

That has created such a wonderful peaceful shift in my life. I'm more relaxed and easy going.

I noticed that I am not scared or uncomfortable around men like I was before because of that story I had going on. I feel safe within myself. 

My health keeps improving!

I am able to go hiking and know I'm going to make it back to the car just fine. Before when I was heavier that wasn't the case.
