Hi TT and V!

Today's lesson was phenomenal!  Thank you so much! 

The previous lessons have been awesome.  I love how you've done this course....

Starting out teaching me how to be aware of my thoughts and sensations in my body, then putting them into perspective that they don't mean anything or what i imagine them to mean. 

And then the simplicity of the next several lessons to bring me right here to this lesson about the electric slide!!!

It really does feel magical,  and I'm just only in the 15th lesson.....I'm feeling such a great shift in myself already!  I just feel this excitement beginning to bubble up inside of me anticipating all the wonderful things in store for me from today,  forward!

I love watching you two together in your live Facebook too!  You two are soooo cute together,  and so powerful!
