Hello Mr. Twenty Twenty and lovely Victoria,

Thank you for last week's lessons. There was lots of gold there. What I love about this program is the practicality.

It's giving me some stability on a daily basis instead of a general, 'Just feel good' approach to life that I was practicing before. You are giving me tools that I can remind myself of every day.

My favourite practice is still from week 1 as I drop the meaning to what I am seeing.
A new layer of 'stuff' surfaced, but I kept applying the tools and kept letting go. This past weekend I spent with family who are all dealing with 'crisis'.

I managed to stay steady and just systematically walked myself through with reminders that just kept popping up in my head: 

'This is an event that is representing a crisis in me', ' I am the spark', 'Follow my bliss', 'Don't wait'. And it all helped a lot in what would have normally been a stressful situation.

Also, I find that when I do have a question, I get an answer within a short period of time. Yesterday, I read a post about revision on FB and it turned out that's exactly what I needed. 

My 7 year old nephew and I listened before we went to sleep and he told me that he felt so good listening to it and just wanted to listen all night.
