Thank you so much. I read lesson one and it was so powerful for me. I realized I was making meaning out of EVERYTHING around
me.
Hubby and I have run into a rough patch after 17 years of marriage and the biggest culprit and trigger is exactly this.
Making meaning out of every behavior, tone, physical movement when there isn't any meaning or I am way off on what I think it means. It results in a lot of
petty arguments, hurt feelings, anxiety, you name it.
I'm committing to doing the exercises in manifesting mastery, this being my second time, it is as valuable as the first time.
