Back in the day...

I struggled to do sessions...

Sometimes I'd skip a week or two, I was just that drained....

What should have been "good fun" became "hard work".

Here's why....

(Don't let the title fool you....  This is sooooo goood!)

And here's what to do about it too...

Because if you don't get WHY this is hard...

You can't honestly expect it to change....

Some folks PUSH the car they could drive -  for decades....

Some decide how to learn to drive and do....

A my mercedes weighs 3373 pounds...

And since I don't push it - because I know how to drive it...

What a JOY to behold!
