We got married...

14 years ago....

We got married, because we fell in love...

And then manifested the impossible.

At least 7 times...

Just to make that happen....

We were scheduled to get married Sunday the 24th.  If we didn't, I had to leave Australia on Tuesday - and I would be unable to get a visa to return for 2 years....

That would have sucked.  BIG TIME.

Now, here's the thing....

Australia Post only delivers mail Monday through Friday for us.    And now imagine....

It's Friday afternoon....   

Almost "miller time" and we still haven't received Victoria's divorce certificate from the United Kingdom....

And without that....

No wedding...

And I gotta leave again on a jet plane....

And I can't legally return....

For 2 years....

Sometimes the law is a bit weird....

But...

But we manifested - the impossible.   A civil servant, a postie who WANTED to meet us...  

Because of a weird little sign experiment we had been doing.   Since I got back....

Every day we wrote on a little crappy white board a yummy message...

It was up on our fence so all the walkers would read it as they walked on by....

Some folks even wrote love letters back to us...

A few drew their private body parts....

But the postie, he loved it....

So instead of blowing off delivering a "needing a signature" and heading home for the weekend....

He rolled in got off his little postie bike and, delivered the ESSENTIAL paperwork, but also shook my hand....

He loved the sign...

And he wanted to meet the folks who put it there...

And without a clue....

He got to be part of us getting married...

And keeping me in Australia...

Because we imagined up - the impossibe....

But here's what stopped us dead in our tracks....

85 days earlier....

I flew into Australia from Tampa, Florida.

And things were going smooth as silk until...

The little RED LIGHT above my lane at the checkpoint went off and...

I was detained for 3 hours in an interrogation room...

They wanted to know....

Who was I...

And why did I keep returning to Australia...

On a visitor visa...

For over a year....

I told them...

I was in love...

And just over 2 hours later, they told me we've got some bad news....

Apparently, I had commited 7 visa violations....

Remember, I'm an ex cop...

I know enough about the law to protect and serve....

In America....

And I told the friendly fellas who kept me in a concrete box with 3 cameras and that special 2 sided mirror us coppers love for 3 hours....

"I don't think I broke any laws....  Can we read the law together?"

And we did...

And guess, what?

ONE WORD made all the difference.

ONE WORD that means one thing in USA law, means something very different in Australian Law....

So now, I'm guilty.

I am guilty of not one but SEVEN visa violations.

Shit balls...

So we had a chat on camera....

And I continued to - IMAGINE - the impossible....

Note:  I didn't make a mind movie.... I didn't mumble a mantra.... I didn't do affirmations... .and I didn't do any tappy crappy or breath work to reset my nervous system...

I did - what we teach....

Pure and Simple....

While we had our chat - on camera....

And they let me in...

Told me to do the right thing...

Gave me some SEVERE CONDITIONS that I had to follow...

So I wouldn't break the law again...

Like ZERO contact with my Forex trading team....

And ZERO contact with ANYONE in the country that I had as a client...

Which was pretty much everyone I knew....

So I could - possibly - maybe - stay....

Later...

So...

Again, I manifested the impossible....

So we could get married, 14 years ago...

There's more...

Quite a few more...

But these two little episodes...

They were the scary ones for me....

Because having to leave for 2 years because of "paperwork" or being in the interrogation box for 3 hours....

Well, that's just not fun...

Meanwhile...

Since then, we've accomplished quite a lot...

Built a beautiful garden together...

This here ministry of magical...

Been on some way cool adventures...

Lived through being locked down in the WORST CITY in Australia for lockdowns...

And here we are....

Still...

Enjoying accomplishing the impossible...

Because we have some very simple, strong foundations....

And we do and only do - what we teach....
