Day 14 already?

I wanted to share with you guys how much these first 2 weeks have really helped me.  As you know, just as I finally pulled the trigger on MM, my Mom had a series of heart attacks, and transitioned to non-physical...

Despite the initial shock, I am amazed at how these small daily exercises have helped me move past this sudden, albeit natural event with ease and grace.  For that alone I want to thank you both so much!

Aside from this, I have noticed several shifts, primarily in my awareness.  I find myself assigning less meaning to things, and consciously questioning when I do assume meaning.

What am I creating with this IMAGINAL act, and do I really want it??

I also really like the perspective shifts we have done this week.

"BECAUSE I AM AN IMPACTFUL SPEAKER, I DO AND SAY THE THINGS AN IMPACTFUL SPEAKER DOES."

So cool!

I love this journey, and can't wait to see what ah-hah's week three brings!!
