I was taught that wanting "earthly things" (like money etc) was bad
when I was growing up. And until I got that programming COMPLETELY
dead and buried - guess what....
I had money problems. Making it. Keeping it. Enjoying it. It
was like if ANY extra showed up (or if I started making progress)
disaster struck. Time to end all that.
