A Legal Heads Up

Victoria and I are required to send this out to you - because
of recent changes in email law.
Just wanted to let you know how much we love having you in our
Neville Goddard Family and / or on our other email lists.
You may have heard about the newInternational anti-spam legislation
taking effect in more and more countries.
Since new countries have joined recently,
I want to remind you that you have the
right to review your choice of being on
my mailing list at any time.
The only way to get on my email lists is
by what is called double opt-in. That means
you had to fill out a form entering your
email address, and then you had to approve
an email that came to that email address,
saying you really do want to be on my list.
In other words, you're on my email list either
by implied consent (i.e. you've been on my email
list since way back when) or explicit consent
(i.e. you signed up to receive communication from
me via an opt-in directly on my website when you
initially contacted me).
So we already have a pre-existing relationship.
But as you know, you can Unsubscribe at any time
by clicking the link at the footer of any of my
emails, including this one.
My current mailing address is also in the footer and
you can always write to me at that address to request
to be unsubscribed.
That should cover the requirements of the latest new
International Anti-spam legislation.
So if you Do Not 'Unsubscribe', I will take that as
your 'Consent' to happily remain on my list, and
continue to receive my emails.
